Acknowledgement of risk and Release of Liability must be signed and dated before the application can be accepted.

The Alaska ATV Club is not liable for personal insurance or personal actions performed by its members. The undersigned hereby releases the Alaska ATV Club, it's Directors and Officers, and its agents from all claims which the undersigned may have in the future for personal liability and property damage that may arise out of their participation in any club activity or event.
